"They ordered the wrong size liner twice, it has several areas of wrinkles other areas of pulling but they called it good. They cannot personally service the product they installed, the salt dispenser malfunctioned and they said call someone else. The job was incomplete, imprecise, and nothing but a problem. I would avoid this company and I have never written a negative review in my life."

"This company does not have a solid understanding of the Generac generators they install. I had the owner out last week to repair ours that is less than 3 years old. He left saying all was good, and on the following Saturday it failed to start for it’s weekly exercise run just as it had before he “repaired” it. Same exact error code. Ask him about Generac’s MobileLink app and he doesn’t have a clue. When I told him it failed again he said that maybe his battery tester was bad and that batteries are not included under the warranty. He said I should buy a new battery. I did, for $190, and it did not solve the problem. When I asked about their covering the cost of the battery, he asked “why should I?”. Steer clear!"

"Hired Performance for HVAC work. Have heat pumps (77) and Fluid Tower on building. Quarterly maintenance performed on every heat pump. Yearly maintenance completed on fluid tower. Tower is 34 years old. Jim's knowledge of the tower has saved our company money and time loss at work. Jim also does electrical work for our facility. Jim help us with LED lighting project at our facility. This has saved us money and Jim help us with rebates from DTE. Have an ongoing maintenance agreement with Performance Heating & Cooling. Would recommend commercial or residential."

"August 31, 2020 I can't tell you how PLEASED I am to have picked Phillip Matthews from Angie's List. His company is called Elevation Contracting, out of Almont ,Michigan. Phillip is the Owner and Operator of this excellent company. I am 71 years old and widowed and live in my family's 170 year old Centennial farmhouse in Rochester Hills, Mi, With the last storm which brought the most damaging wind and rain it made an awful amount of damage to my roof and the cedar siding. Rain was coming down through my home in the dining room and making its way to my basement. I was horrified and scared. Being alone, I decided to go on Angie's List ( which I trust) and find someone who would come out and help repair my dear beloved farmhouse. I had four companies which were listed and I checked each one that I needed help. The only one I heard from immediately was Phillip Matthews from Elevation Contracting in Almont ,Mi. He was so kind and concerned and said he would be out there to quote and help me immediately. He came out and was the most professional, kind, compassionate, hard working man I have ever seen. He went on my roof and checked the damage and said don't worry I will get this taken care of for you. I wanted to cry. I had contractors before who I called out on different things which I needed help on and they were rude, cold and only cared about telling me how much all the would cost me. Phillip is so down to earth and really is a wonderful person. At 71, I can tell you his parents did a fabulous job raising him. I would recommend this gentleman at Elevation Contracting for ANY project you need completed and done correctly. I give this man the highest recommendation there is. I will use Phillip Matthews for ALL my home projects and have already recommended him to my family and friends. "Oasis beat all other quotes, but for a better product. Brian, the owner, took the time to explain the different products available, the benefits, life expectancies, maintenance costs and more. The workers were on time, respectful, professional and cleaned up after each day. We had questions during the curing / brushing process and Brian even got back to us on a Sunday - never complaining! The was work done on a 2009 public Condo pool. Brian is a licensed builder who has provided me (HOA President) with numerous recommendations and advise. We never felt over sold and he actually advised us away from things that could have made him more money. We HIGHLY recommend this company!"
