We apologize for any undue frustration you’ve experienced during your project and want to assure you that we will continue working with you to resolve any and all outstanding issues covered by our warranty. Our windows are custom built using DuraGlass, tempered glass designed to improve the durability and strength of the glass in the unit. While these windows are stronger and perform better than a window using standard glass, they can certainly still be broken if the object impacting the glass hits with enough force. There is no window available on the market that offers glass that cannot be broken. As far as the broken seal, we can see that we order your replacement product and will install it as soon as it comes in free of charge, per our warranty. "While we regret any information that may have been misinterpreted, we strongly disagree with the description of what our remodeling consultant communicated regarding our financing offerings. Our lending partners, including GreenSky, offer private financing solutions that our customers can choose to utilize when doing a project with Power. Power works with our lending partners to try and offer better financing packages than a homeowner might be able to get by themselves. No privately secured loan is ever passed on to another individual through the sale of a home. What we typically communicate to homeowners is that by getting the project done now, the resale value of their home is positively impacted, which they can take the proceeds from and pay back the loan for the home improvement project. Again, this in no way indicates that the debt from that loan will be passed on to the purchaser of the home.
