Of the contractors that bid on the job, he was the most thorough in his examination of my home, taking lots of measurements, inspecting the existing hardware, and asking about my smart home setup. Strive's bid offered the most value for my dollar. It included equipment that I wanted at a lower price and included other incentives the other bids didn't. They were willing to work with my schedule, even when things got a bit disorderly when the stay-at-home order began. Ultimately, it's very hard to review an installation job a few months in, but I feel confident giving high marks based on value, professionalism, customer service, and being willing to stand behind their work."
