Russ and his team were excellent with communication, the best price (by far) and did incredible work. We had all our hard wood floors sanded down and refinished and carpet installed in our living room. Russ and his team talked through the project with us from start to finish and even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. We are beyond thankful that we stumbled upon Russ and his team though this list.

Very professional

Russ and his team were a pleasure to work with and the result is fantastic and for a reasonable price. We had our maple hardwood floors refinished and carpeting installed in our basement. Russ let us know maple is difficult to work with, and after the initial coats it still felt too rough to the touch. When I mentioned this, Russ asked his team to come back and buff and add one more coat, at no additional cost. We even had an issue where it looked like some painters who are working on our house at the same time may have accidentally wiped up some of the polyurethane. Once again he sent his team back and made it right. Now theyâ re perfect! The carpets look great too. We had already received a quote with Empire for carpets because we were in a rush to get our house done before we moved in. Russ told us to cancel and save our money. Iâ m so glad we did, it saved us over $1000 on carpet alone, that we then put toward the hardwood floors! Throughout the process, Russ was highly communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. He made a point not to upsell us and instead kept us aware of how the process worked, what we needed to know, and any savings opportunities. I felt like the team had a passion for doing the job right, being transparent, and making our vision come true. Iâ m so glad we went with Pars floors!

Russ was excellent to work with. He was always quick to respond and easy to work with in our tight timeframe. We had new carpet, refinished the hardwood floors and new flooring in the kitchen. It was a big job and turned out great! My realtor was amazed that one company could do it all!

Russ is a straightforward professional - he cuts to the chase. His workers are humane and very skilled and they got the job finished on schedule without sacrificing quality. You have to like him when you see him and the work he does. I like his attention to detail, his critique of ideas while maintaining the objective of satisfying his client.

I hired pars floors based on reviews but my project was subbed out to another contractor. The work seemed too rushed. There was small debris/staple stuck on floor after the last coat of polyurethane. The trim only has half coat of finish in some areas so it does not match the floor. And I think the contractor took 2 of our paint roller sticks, which may be by accident because they borrowed it.

Honest, knowledgeable and responsive. Work done as promised! And they added a little more to make everything looked great, which it does!

Russ and team were easy to work with and were able to work with some surprises we discovered after tearing out the existing carpet and still end up finishing on schedule.

I needed to repair two hardwood boards that were damaged from the corrosive fluid. 4 other vendors told me that I must resand and refinish the entire floor. Russ the owner could not come himself and sent over Mario Baires, who assessed the damage, sanded and repainted the two boards expertly. Within 2 hours the floor looks like new! It was a bit expensive but totally worth it!

Russ was extremely responsive, able to come out and give me an estimate on the spot (and within just a day or two of initial contact), and had the work done within a week. I was readying a property for sale so time was of the essence and he was just terrific. The floors look beautiful, the whole process was incredibly easy and fast, and I would give them my highest recommendation. I am sure I will be using them again and recommending them to friends. Just fantastic.

Extremely punctual work was outstanding for refinishing floors. Other told me to put laminate on top. Am so happy I had them refinish floors. Turned out beautiful.

Wonderful, Wonderful, and Wonderful. I found Russ's company PAR Flooring to be very professional and custmer oriented. They came in to sand and refinish my kitchen floor. I can not believe how beautiful my floor turned out after the PAR touch. The workers made sure my other rooms that were adjacent to the kitchen were protected from the sanding dust by placing plastics at the opening to those rooms. They also explained to me exactly what they were doing to my floor. Russ did not accept payment until he came out to look at the work that was done and make sure I was pleased with the work and that it meet his high standards...and it did. Would not recommend anyone else. I worked with Ron for a kitchen remodeling project. He was a consummate professional. He was very honest with me throughout the entire process and more meticulous than I could have ever hoped for. Our wood floors are 24 years old and they look beautiful after refinishing. They were prompt and finished when they said they would. Very very nice people. Highly recommend!
