"Holtzople installed our new ac/heating unit in 2021. The company and service has been fabulous from the beginning. Today we had our comfort care service of our main unit and split units. The service technician, Tim was punctual, professional and a diligent worker. He took care of both units, installed an air scrubber and leveled our outside unit. Great service technician and very knowledgeable. We continue to be very pleased with the service Holtzople provides for their products."

I quickly got a call back and appointment from Tetteris Heating and Air. After a brief diagnostic, Greg Shaeffer almost immediately assessed the problem was a malfunctioning gas valve. After replacing and converting the valve, he discovered that the old valve had not been installed or converted properly by the previous company. "It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. From quote to install was just within 3 days!! Everything was executed on schedule as planned and delivered as such. Shane and Steve are highly professional technicians who completed HVAC install within 8 hours. They cleaned up the area very well , tested the equipments and provided operational instructions. "Turned on the AC this morning to find out was blowing hot air, called up a few different companies who wanted minimum 100 bucks to come out blah blah blah, called up Markool and got connected with a technician. The technician helped me troubleshoot the issue, and have me a quick fix that will last until they make it out tomorrow to do the permanent fix. I'll be using them for all my AC needs in the future!"

"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."
