"Mike H. called before he arrived and arrived when he said he would. He was courteous and professional throughout. He even greeted my dog properly. My husband and I purchased our HAVC systems from Holtzople 2.5 years ago. Everything from purchase to repairs (mice in the controls) has been great. I highly recommend Holtzople. I have not meet anyone from this company that I would not welcome in my house, again."

"I had significant mold problems in my basement, Dan and his crew installed a new French drain around the basement. Excellent job, cost exactly as quoted in double quick time and clean up was better than I could reasonably have expected. On completion of the job, Dan's follow up and support was great. "Angie's List reviews made me go with GAC Services for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Five mechanics showed up early in the morning in three trucks. They were clean cut young men and very polite. They made a lay down area in my basement with blankets. They wore covers over there shoes while in and out of the house. They were very respectful of my home. They worked non stop until 5:00 PM. They had a separate sheet metal mechanic that showed up and did really nice sheet metal work. I was impressed. After a year went by my thermostat went out and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year . Once in the winter and once in the summer. Another part went bad after two years and it was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them."

"Allen Metcalf is an artist. He doesn’t just build something, he creates. This is the second project he has done for us and replaced a small deck outside our sunroom that as rotting. Allen pointed out that more than one piece of structural wood needed replacing. He also pointed out where the deck and addition weren’t properly anchored to the house. He submitted a 14 page estimate detailing everything he would be using and doing. If you want the best and don’t mind paying a few dollars more for his precise, professional, and well crafted work, you need to contact Allen."
