It went very well - Bruce was an awesome project manager - easy to reach, always responsive and very kind in answering my many questions. All of the subcontractors, except one, were great - showed up on time, were very respectful of both my home and me. The project was initially projected to take 4 - 6 weeks, and took about 8 weeks. I was very happy with the final product. I had Certified Home Remodelers replace all the windows in my home 10 years ago, and never even considered anyone else to do the renovation work.

I am sorry that the Responsiveness and Punctuality ratings weren't an "A" as well but you may recall I logged "over 32 days of rain" during the first 2 1/2 months of construction. I mentioned that based on that size of addition and construction would take approximately 4 to 5 months in total to complete. It seemed that we had some difficulties even getting started with all that rain in which certainly set us back a couple of weeks. It was as frustrating for us as it was for you but mother nature has a mind of her own at times. Once we broke ground on July 21, 2014 we completed your project on November 25, 2014. That was a total of 4 months and 4 days! Sorry would couldn't have started your project any earlier but the weather just was having it! Thank again for you trust with our company! Certified Home Remodelers did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They were very neat, very clean and very tidy as far as doing the work. They were timely in getting all the measurements and getting all of the cabinets in place. They were coordinating us with the granite people so they get the granite tops measured and cut that way we wanted that and fixed that and all that kind of stuff. They did a very nice job. Their price wasn't the highest price and it wasn't the lowest price but I was able to negotiate with them in order to get a better price but still I didn't get the lowest but I got it a little bit lower than what they initially quoted us on the initial day. The price was fair. This was actually the third time that I have used them so I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I was extremely impressed with the work by Certified Home Remodelers. It is hard to find an EPA certified lead contractor in the Baltimore area. I knew the exterior of our windows and doors had lead paint and with a little one at home crawling I wanted to be sure the work was done correctly and safely. The owner of the company Brad is wonderful and understands not only providing quality work and service but the importance of safety for his workers and the home owners. Our job was postponed a bit from our original estimated work date but I was communicated with the entire time and the scheduler I worked with was very helpful and accommodating. We were so happy with the final result. upon installing the windows the crew noticed a small (about an inch) crack in one of the window sashes and let us know right away they ordered a new sash that would be in within a week. They are extremely proactive. after all the work was done I noticed a bit of a draft coming in around the new door that was installed and called to check on this. they sent a worker out to our house within the week and corrected this. from beginning to end the process was very smooth and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had Bruce and Certified Home Remodelers completely renovate my kitchen. They gutted the kitchen, moved appliances around, removed bulk heads, flipped plumbing, moved electrical, and of course installed cabinets.
The team arrived every morning on time and finished the project on schedule....in 1 month! I was very impressed how easy it was to deal with Bruce and his team. I ended up with a fantastic kitchen and have recommended them to others.

Brad met with us in our home and at our convenience to discuss the project. He brought support materials and steered us in just the right direction.
We were SO impressed with Brad, that we contacted him in Summer 2012 and asked him to replace a large greenhouse window in our home. Just as before, the product selected was outstanding as was the workmanship and skill of the installers.

The project took a little longer than expected (due to weather, etc.),

I arranged for them to replace our roof on a Saturday which worked out great for me with my work schedule since I wanted to be home to supervise the work. The materials to complete the roof were delivered the day before. They didn't know before the old shingles were removed the condition of the wood so they brought a couple sheets of plywood with them and did a quick trip to get the other sheets needed. I saw for myself that the wood they were replacing was definitely needed to be done. I liked the fact that the installers are all employees of their company and the work is not subcontracted out. I also liked that they have a supervisor on site the entire time to monitor the progress and ensure roof work is completed properly and is available to answer any questions I had.
They arrived on time and began work promptly. The workers that did our roof definitely knew what they were doing and worked together as a team. They were all very hard workers and were respectful of our yard, bushes and other items surrounding our home. They were all extremely polite and courteous. They completed the work from start to finish within the same day taking only a short lunch break. They bring their own bin to dispose of all old roof shingles and wood removed to be replaced. They layed tarps around the perimeter of the house to catch debris. After the new roof was on they did a nice job of cleaning up the yard, driveway and patio of debris and nails. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or any other home remodel job.

The 2 man team arrived on time and got to work. They first installed baffles, sealed all ceiling fixtures and then blew in fiberglass insulation to increase the insulation from about R-13 to R-45. After they finished they cleaned up. I then looked in the attic to see the change and the work was certainly completed as agreed. The two man team were extremely courteous and considerate of our home. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend them. Brad Jessup is the owner of the company. He did a lot of work for us and he will do more work for us. I think they are on Angie’s List. They were absolutely fabulous. They first did windows for us. Then half way through we were so impressed that we had them do our gutters and soffits. The guys cleaned up all of the mess. They were very professional. They were very respectful of me, my dogs and my home. As a matter of fact, we are getting ready to do our bathrooms. When we do our bathrooms, that’s who we will use.

Over the past 6 months, I had received 3 estimates on replacing all the windows in my home. All of them were too high for me to consider. I met Brad Jessup at the Md House and Garden show in Timonium. I was impressed by his knowledge of a variety of windows. He came to my home, and gave me an estimate which was thousands of dollars less than the others. The installers, Neil and Ray, treated my house with the utmost respect. They have been with the company for a decade. The windows are fabulous. On the hottest days, I come home to a cool home. I have had another home improvement contractor compliment the job that was done. The basement glass block windows are wonderful. They even framed them, which is not something you see often. Everyone notices the polished look. My house was built in 1929, and it looks the best it has in years. The windows are easy to handle and clean. Brad had recommended Alside windows, although he has many brands from which to choose. I chose Alside on his recommendation, as that is the brand he placed in his own home. Brad was always a gentleman, did not pressure or harass me, and is willing to help me with another problem I am having which has nothing to do with windows. I intend to use this company for any additional home improvement work in the future. I have recommended him to a neighbor, who has also contracted for replacement windows. I highly recommend this company. They also do doors, siding, trim, kitchens and additions.
