The owner reached out to me and apologized for the delay in the touch up work and promptly came back and completed the touch ups personally. Overall, I'm happy with how my deck looks. Based on this and my interaction with the owner, I do believe that this company cares about its customers' satisfaction and that my initial experience may have been an exception rather than the norm."
