"The contractor arrived exactly on time and started work immediately after being given a description of  the work that needed to be done. The original schedule was to complete in one day, but due to a unforeseen problem (not attributable to the contractor), a second day was required. After completing the work, the contractor cleaned up the work area and disposed of all the scrap material.
