L & T Contractors helped me with a basement remodel that involved framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, and painting work. Walder and his team did an excellent job on the project and were very detail-oriented in their approach. I was very pleased with the result. The team was responsive to my requests and concerns. They also worked with me to update a bathroom within my budget. I would definitely hire L& T again for future work and recommend them highly.

L&T Contractors were very easy to work with and their workmanship was excellent quality. They were timely and ready to work each day on this 3.5 week project including an entire bathroom renovation - wall and floor tile, shower door inatallation, painting.They also did a basement renovation including a partially wall in porcelain tile - very beautiful and well done, replaced carpeting with other flooring, painted and removed popcorn ceiling. I would use Wilder Morales and his team again. Very skilled.

L and T Contractors painted the exterior of our house, the interior second floor (2 BR, 1 bath and hallway/stairwell), and stained four exterior doors. Every aspect of the work they did was done with excellence and with efficiency. I was also impressed at how tidy the team was - while they were working and at the end of everyday - and not a drop of paint anywhere it should not have been. The cost of the project came in at the quoted estimate and I really valued how pleasant everyone from L and T was to work with. We will definitely use L and T again.

L & T does excellent work, I have used their services on multiple occasions. Not only have they done drywall and painting for me but they have installed ceramic tile and have completed electrical work as well. They are very courteous, ask you for your input during the project to make sure you are satisfied with the work as they proceed, cleaning up at the end of the each day before leaving. I am completely satisfied with their work and will be using them for future projects.

L&T Construction did excellent work. Not only that but they did additional small repairs/jobs at little or no cost. I am going to use them again.

We did an extensive updating of our forty plus year home which include removing walls, removing all cabinets, flooring, relocating electric wiring, vents, appliances, installing new (expanding existing) cabinets. new large island, new lighting, new flooring throughout great room, foyer, and hallways. Installing new vanities, toilets, floor and wall tile in four bathrooms, Painting thru out the house including interior and exterior doors. Leadership and staff were well qualified. The project was well staffed from start to finish. I recommend Wilder and his crew without reservation and with outstanding ratings in all areas. OUTING STANDING RESULTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE!

Wilder and his team were very courteous and clean. They worked efficiently and always asked for our input of the design. We would hire them again for any home improvement. We were very impressed with their work and work ethics.

Wilder and his crew were terrific. What was looking like a small-ish drainage issue with related fixes became an all encompassing rebuilding of the back wall of our home. Wilder was helpful in getting the work done as quickly as possible, with a concern for the mounting expenses and doing a great job at getting the proper and matching components and furnishings, all while maintaining high quality and doing excellent work. Him and his team were kind, diligent, and hard workers, looking out for our best interests and anticipating, and taking care of, future issues. They come with my highest recommendation.

I hired L & T Contractors to paint my kitchen and dining room. They did an excellent job and they cleaned both rooms when the job was finished. They replaced electrical outlets that were painted over in the past. I look forward to working with them in 2022.

Wilder is great. Quality job at reasonable price. Crew was prompt. Cleaned the work area every day. Did an amazing rebuilding our retaining wall, painting the railings, and replacing wire fence with wood fence.

L&T Contractors provided great service. My project included exterior painting, siding repair, and power washing. Crew members showed up promptly and they were courteous and professional. Great team, was really impressed with the recessed lighting and easy to discuss any problems that came up. Price was also by far the most reasonable in the Kensington Md area. Would be glad to hire again for future projects.
