I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "The Mackays arrived early, which they apologized for but was perfectly fine with me!  The maintenance package was an Angie's List deal.  Ben spoke with me inside while his brother and the rest of the crew were up on the roof.  Ben was very informative and helpful explaining what they were going to do up there, and about a longer term roof solution that I'd inquired about.  They gave me a lot of information without pushing any upsell services or sales pitches on me.  I appreciated that they are a multi-generational family business, with multiple family members on the job site.
