Mr. Delgado did a wonderful job refinishing a table that has been in the family almost 100 years. He is a joy to work with, very polite and very professional. He picked up and delivered at the appointed times. This is the second project he has done for us and we are very pleased and will use him again in the future. Highly recommended.

One was an antique Chair and the other was a modern one that needed a new seat with reinforcements. He took care of both by listening carefully and performing the job(s) as needed. Sometimes it takes a while for him to respond to your calls , but he was very professional & courteous over all & I would definitely use him again.Best of all , he comes & personally picks up pieces in need of repairs & then re-delivers them to you with no additional charges or fees attached like most other companies.He is experienced with over 40 yrs in his trade.

Mr.Delgado and His team did a great job of bringing the furniture back to life and I am sure it'll be another 35 years before it has t0 be restored again.

All of Mr. Delgado's work was excellent and where the chair back was broken, you cannot even tell. Besides the excellent quality of his work, Mr. Delgado finished his work when promised, provided door-to-door service and is probably one of the most polite individuals you will ever meet. Of course, I hope I don't damage any more furniture, however if I do, I will know who to call.

Mr. Delgado came to house and gave us estimate and took pieces back to his shop. He completed work in estimated time and for estimated cost and delivered in excellent condition.

Mf. Delgado refinished two faded 20-year old cherry china cabinets. They came back beautifully restored looking like new. He was prompt, polite, responsive and very reasonable. I have used him twice since then for other items and they all came out beautifully.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a prompt response on our online request for an estimate, and MRC was exactly on time for picking up the tables and delivering them. The tables are absolutely beautiful - more than we expected. The scratches are gone, and the wood tones are visible now. We are completely satisfied and plan to use MRC again in the future.

I called Mr. Delgado after searching for him on Angie's List. I called for an estimate and set a time the next day. We needed one section of our sectional sofa repaired. The cushion supports had broken leaving the seat sagging. He explained to us how he would do the repair and gave us an estimate. It was a little more than we anticpated spending, but we negotiated it down. He had brought one other person with him to assist in moving the piece. However they did have difficulty moving since it was awkwardly shaped and large. My husband helped him load it into his car. He estimated it would take 2-3 days to repair and return. It ended up being a bit longer, 6 days, no big deal to us since we weren't in need of it by any particular date. It was returned looking and feeling like new. He showed us pictures of the repair work and explained it step by step. He had reinforced the frame so that it wouldn't snap apart again.

Early 20th Century chairs arrived damaged by the shipper, including nicks, breaks, scratches, and stained upholstery. Shipper asked for estimates, and accepted Mr. Delgado's -- which was half the price of a second estimate. Mr. Delgado arrived when he said he would (confirming first by phone), picked up the chairs, and returned them within the window agreed. They looked better than they probably looked when we bought them! We immediately gave Mr. Delgado another item that has needed work for years... and plan to give him more work until everything in our house is in such perfect shape. He is a pleasure to work with, does an outstanding job, and his prices are very good.

Mr. Delgado picked up and delivered everything himself personally and gave me precise quotes for all the work. I have other antique pieces that I intend to send to him for repair as well. He is a pleasure to work with and a skilled craftsman. I am very pleased and impressed.

It went extremely well. He promised that it would look good as new and it did. The back of the chair had snapped off with a jagged break and he repaired it beyond our expectations.

The beds turn out perfect. More than I had expected.

I thought that they were fantastic. The desk has a lot of sentimental value to us, and they did the repairs to keep with the period of the desk. They improvised to make it work, they just took a lot of care, and it turned out really beautiful. They were very professional, very interested, and they knew everything about wood restoration.

The owner of the Metropolitan Restoration Center, Wilson Delgado, contacted me very quickly after I left a message. We needed to have the side boards of our bed repaired because they had split. He set up a time and came the next day with an aid to see the bed. He looked at the bed, gave me an estimate and took the side boards immediately with him. The price was extremely fair. He did not charge extra for pick-up and delivery. I had had much higher estimates from people who would come out to see the bed and would charge a significant amount of money for pickup and delivery of the bed. In less than a week the bed boards were repaired and put in place. Wilson Degado could not have been nicer, more punctual, and professional. He knew what he was doing and you could not even tell where the repairs had been made. I highly recommend him to anyone needing furniture repaired or restored.ately

He did a very good job, and I didn't have any problem with him. It took him a while to get here, but when he got here, he finished very quickly. I will continue to use him again in the future.

Extremely well. They provided a detailed estimate in advance. Performed the work extremely quickly. Completed all work on time and budget. I could not be happier with the work they did, and am preparing to have them work on additional pieces as soon as possible. I wish every professional I dealt with was of this extremely high quality, honesty, and efficiency.

I emailed Mr. Delgado pictures of the bed to start the process. After a few days, he called me with an estimate of the work which I accepted (it was cheaper than others I had received). He picked up the bed, returned it within a week, and did an excellent, professional job.
