"We used Renaissance Floor and Carpet to replace every floor surface in our house, to include carpet, luxury vinyl and marble. Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation. After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes. Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The installers moved the furniture and replaced it when done. Removal of old flooring was quick and efficient. They swept clean the spaces before new flooring was installed. We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. Latif was always available if we had questions during the project. He visited several times during the project to ensure the work was done to company standards and that we were completely satisfied. "Mr. Diaz was not the lowest price quote we received, but he had great reviews and was very responsive. We found this carried on throughout the project. Unlike some other experiences we've had, he always came when he said he would. He was able to start almost immediately. Sometimes he shifted his schedule to respond to the weather and projects that were indoors or out, but he always let us know. The work was done quickly and the quality is very good. All of his crew were friendly and professional. He also saved us some money as we were about to order granite counters from the big orange box store and he was able to get a look we liked for considerably less and faster. He could have done the same for our cabinets, too, but we didn't have time to add that to the project. On top of all that, he guarantees his work for 2 years."

"We had a tight timeline of 2 weeks to complete the entire bathroom remodel. The daily craftsmen/service technicians did a great job and worked every day and long hours to make sure the job was completed. Their craftsmanship was extremely good and they cleaned up every day when they packed up to leave. The craftsmen should be commended for their professionalism and diligence. When we had design questions during the remodeling, the craftsmen were there to offer their opinions and guidance! The biggest challenge was to pick out the granite for the bathroom cabinet. We had to go to the Granite yard three times to ultimately find the granite that we were looking for. I would caution others about how long it took to settle on the final granite selection."

Juan was super patient with me; I modified the quote request about 10 times. His crew was kind, careful with clean up and ensuring they had drop cloths over as many areas as possible and always took their shoes off if walking on uncovered floor. They stuck to the timeline and budget. Couldnâ t be happier!"
