"From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew (Jose & Juan) ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials (hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet). We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean (and very safety conscientious around our two small children) and didn't play any music whatsoever (unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music). Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards! Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all (including our kids) feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Amir gave us a very fair price that included removal, disposal and installation. We would highly recommend Renaissance Floor to anyone looking for a great buying experience, a highly professional installation experience, and beautiful and detail-oriented results! "This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and professional offering sound suggestions and recommendations. The work turned out beautifully."

In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. "L & T does excellent work, I have used their services on multiple occasions. Not only have they done drywall and painting for me but they have installed ceramic tile and have completed electrical work as well. They are very courteous, ask you for your input during the project to make sure you are satisfied with the work as they proceed, cleaning up at the end of the each day before leaving. I am completely satisfied with their work and will be using them for future projects."

"After moving into our new house, we noticed the shower caulk was coming out. I am fairly handy, but the shower tile is uneven and i wanted to make sure the new caulk would make a water tight seal, so I made an appt to have Mr. Handyman re-caulk the bathroom. The initial phone call was very easy and the agent suggested i buy my own caulk from home depot to save some money, which i did. the handyman showed up on time and got right to work. he removed the caulk and applied the new caulk in under an hour.
overall, i am satisfied with the work, though the price was a bit high. none the less, i would use them again."

"Needed a bathroom repainted. They removed the old wall paper and found a strange painted surface. So Carlos skim coated the wall, sanded it smooth and painted the bathroom - looks great. Also needed repairs to a porch, new flooring and all painted. Was completed quickly and competently. Value for dollar paid was awesome. Will be using Cadel Construction again on other projects around the home!"
