"Al was fantastic! He clearly explained that my fireplace was shutting off as a safety feature due to low oxygen levels. He also reassembled the logs in the firebox and showed me the proper way to start and stop the fireplace. Highly recommend his service!"

"They were great. We had two chimneys for them to inspect and clean. We paid for one with the AL deal and were going to get a military discount on the second chimney. When the technicians came out to clean, they inspected the gas burning chimney and told us that it did not need a cleaning at this time. What refreshing honesty! They saved us an extra $142!
When we moved in, our inspector noted our chimneys had cracks and needed repair. They found the cracks, provided a reasonable estimate, and we are having them come out this weekend (on a Sunday!) to repair them.
Overall, while they are not the lowest cost company, they are highly ethical and easy to work with (both their admin staff and service techs).
