What we expected to be a one hour job ended up being closer to five becaue he had to install a box in the concrete ceiling. He did an excellent job and so I paid him more, but he did great work without complaint."

And when any other job they had was postponed or cancelled they called to see if they could do the work for us sooner (as in that same day). E.g., I m not happy about the holes that will be put in our walls/ceiling for ceiling fans to be installed, but they re honest and up front about what to expect so that we could make an informed decision. "David was very nice, he set the appointment and then called to let me know he was on his way. My ceiling was 20ft high so other estimates were $350 & #325 to install. Dave's was $150. Also the light bulbs I had in my old fan were old and needed replacing, but I didn't have anymore. Dave suggested LED bulbs. I bought them the next day and he came back and changed them for me. He is a great guy. I highly recommend him."
