"Mr. Diaz and his crew did a beautiful job painting our new home, both the interior and exterior, as well as the interior of our old apartment.The prior condition of the exterior paint was very rough, and took a lot of preparation before they could paint. The crews were friendly, professional and conscientious about their work. They were punctual, showed up and worked consistently until the job was done. When we wanted to use a special finish on our floors, he found the people who could do it and made the arrangements, keeping costs very reasonable and competitive with other estimates. The end results look fabulous. Highly recommended."

"We hoped to improve the appearance of our shower by having the mildew-stained grout removed and replaced. In the process, 24 of our glazed ceramic shower tiles were slightly chipped, scratched, or severely gouged by the Handyman's tool used to dig out the old grout. Our handyman worked hard at a difficult and dirty task, but ultimately didn't have control of the tool he was using as evidenced by the damage to so many tiles. On the positive side, Mr. Handyman paid us $50 to buy five tiles to replace the most severely gouged and our handyman returned to do the replacement free of charge. However, I am still distressed by the tiny chips and scratches which remain in so many of the shower tiles not replaced. There appears no easy way to repair the scratches and small chips. This job took two days and we had to pay $1,600 with a $100 discount coupon. We also had to pay $91 for the tool that ultimately caused the damage to our shower tiles. Mr. Handyman was very responsive in trying to address the problem, but we wish it hadn't happened in the first place and are not entirely satisfied with the end result for the money we paid. The grout job itself looks quite nice."
