Our organization has successfully worked with Precision Renovation and Construction on several projects and recommend them.

We hired Precision Renovation after the city damaged the foundation of our building when they installed brick pavement in the alley. After getting several bids, Precision provided the most comprehensive estimate and very reasonable cost (although they were not the cheapest of bids, they were the most professional and detail oriented contractors). Fast forward 18 months, a delivery truck hit one of our retaining walls. Again, we got several estimates, and we called on Precision to provide one of those estimates. We choose Precision for the job, their estimate was inline with the other contractors, and were familiar and trusted the quality of Precision s work Like before, they were very professional, detailed oriented, cost effective and reliable. In both cases, they did the repairs in a timely fashion, finished products looked like there were no prior damages, and unlike many contractors, they did not start and stop, then come back in x-number of days/weeks to complete the project... They started and completed the job without any gaps of days/weeks in between the project. We highly recommend Precision and look forward to working with them again.

I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job.

Precision built a beautiful retaining wall for us in 2012. They provided lots of options on materials, and made helpful recommendations based on the bricks used in our house. They also walked us through the entire permitting process with DCRA and DDOT, which was invaluable--we never could have done it without them. The structure is very sturdy and handsome and blends well with the neighborhood. The workers were very careful and precise. We do wish we had seen a drawing first since the end of the wall is not quite what we expected, but overall, we are incredibly pleased with the results, the professionalism, and the entire process.
