You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. I am fairly handy, but the shower tile is uneven and i wanted to make sure the new caulk would make a water tight seal, so I made an appt to have Mr. Handyman re-caulk the bathroom. The initial phone call was very easy and the agent suggested i buy my own caulk from home depot to save some money, which i did. the handyman showed up on time and got right to work. he removed the caulk and applied the new caulk in under an hour.
overall, i am satisfied with the work, though the price was a bit high. none the less, i would use them again."
