Our relationship with the Tile Center began when we received an invitation to a seminar - an invitation to learn about the process of remodeling a bathroom and to explore available products. That was a wonderful beginning where we felt like we could begin to discuss and understand what was involved to make our dream bathroom come true. We learned and gathered information over the next several months while we considered what we really wanted to do - then ultimately signed a contract under the guidance of Frank Merrikh, our personal project manager who walked with us through every step - from seminar hosting to finished project! That continuity is incredible - having one person who knows our project as well, if not better than we do! What a blessing, a true gift he has been. Once all the materials arrived and the actual work began Frank coordinated each specialized contractor service, communicated directly with us who was coming and when to expect them. His communication was exemplary, especially when there needed to be time for drying, setting, or other considerations. At the outset Frank told us to plan on 6 weeks for construction and the project took all of that time. Even though there were a few tiny items that still needed to be completed, Frank never lost contact or let us feel like our job had stalled. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of work, quality and beauty of the products we selected, and overall lovely feel of our ADA bathroom. Having used it now during recovery from surgery I can attest that the way we blended in the practical but necessary safety features has been a real blessing. I highly recommend the Tile Center with their amazing team of professional craftsmen!

Mr. Frank Merrikh, the Showroom Manager, and his expert installation team, Dennis , Justin, and Val did a great job in the partial remodel of my master bathroom. From the initial sight survey to installation, Mr. Merrikh and his team were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable/skilled. Their workmanship in installing new ceramic tile on the floor and the walls around the tub is outstanding. The team, also, replaced subfloor wood that was damaged. New tub and fixtures were installed in the bathtub area using quality brands such as Kohler and American Standard. Mr. Merrikh was very knowledgeable and flexible in changing my tile accent design and adding additional bathroom fixtures within days of the installation date. In searching for a company to get a tile project done right, on schedule, and at a reasonable price, the Tile Center is definitely the place to go!

Process was smooth. We negotiated an agreeable schedule and the Tile Center kept to the schedule. The workers were very good and did a nice clean-up when done. We would use them again.

After the request was submitted online, the company set an appointment promptly to assess the work that had to be done. The budget proposed was very reasonable. The person they sent to do the work was very professional and did an excellent job.

I’ve wanted to remodel my two full bathrooms for years ! Finally, faced with putting the house up for sale, I began researching and talking with various sources and remodelers. Tile Center has been around for years and that tells you a lot: they didn’t pop up overnight and they will be there long after your project is completed. Better yet, they have Tushar Irani, who worked closely with me to keep the project within my budget and ensure that the materials I ultimately selected -- for the walls, floors and vanities -- came together to produce a beautiful result. Tushar never made me feel pressured and his knowledge of materials allowed me to get more for my money. Tushar quietly guided me through everything – from the big decisions to the color of the grout! I simply could not be happier with the results. Both of my bathrooms are beautiful and each is different from the other, which I especially like. They added to the value of my house and I only wish I had done this earlier, so I had more time to enjoy these baths!

The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well. They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps. I am in love with my new bathroom and would highly recommend Tushar and his team for your next project.

Our 2019 contract with Tile Center was our third since 2015. Starting with master bathroom remodeling, then powder room renewal, and most recently remodeling three other bathrooms, all work was professionally done with outstanding results. Tushar Irani, the project manager, was especially attentive to our thoughts about design, fixtures, and budget. He also provided commendable quality control and customer contact throughout the project. Another praiseworthy feature of Tile Center is its use of skilled employees for each project stage, such as installing tile and cabinets, plumbing, lighting, and painting. We definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of bathroom remodeling.

We had a great experience with Tile Center. This is the second time we’ve used them. We installed hardwood floors in our bedrooms. Farzin and his team are top notch. Professional, punctual and hardworking . Excellent follow up and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Frank came out to provide a quote for my job. I needed to replace my old Formica counter tops with granite and replace the old 70's tile back splash with stone. I liked that Tile Center would be responsible for all the work (Counters, back splash, and plumbing) and I didn't have to act as the general contractor and coordinate 3 different companies myself. I stopped in at the Gaithersburg location to pick out the materials and was very happy with the selection available. Frank took his time and showed many samples to help in deciding the materials. I chose a rather unique combination of granite counter tops and stone back splash. The materials came in within a reasonable period of time and they came out to do the installs. They worked quickly and had the job done in a couple of days. The job turned out great and can be seen on the Tile Center website "Gallery".

Frank and the team at Tile Center were phenomenal. The work was a kitchen remodel breaking down a wall, replacing the counter top, replacing the flooring, opening up a window and cabinet refinishes. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make some great decisions. The work itself was done by all his crew each of whom are top notch professionals. They collaborated on any changes and the end result is a high quality updated kitchen

Adelma was punctual, professional, and meticulous in his tile work. Everything turned out beautifully despite there being issues with the subfloor that had to be mitigated. Carlos did a fantastic job with trim, painting, and reducers. Mr. Kim custom-made reducers for us on the spot to integrate our new floor in with the rest of the house. Frank came by the job and texted frequently to ensure a well-managed project. Great work!

The entire experience was positive- from material selection, and design to completion. Our manager and all other artisans working on the job were prolite, prompt, and professional. Materials are all high quality. We are very pleased and will return to Tile Center for future work.

The Tile Center did a complete remodel of our master bath that took longer than we had thought, but the result was worth it. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. Tushar was our designer and project manager. It was excellent to work with him and all the installers that worked on our master bath. Tushar designed a fabulous bathroom and guided us through selection of materials that matched our desired. Tushar was very patience, and was always accommodating for our changes and needs. The installers were kind, considerate and very professional. We have a great bubble tub and frameless shower! We have a beautiful and relaxing space, and we highly recommend the Tile Center and Tushar. In fact we are having them do additional work in our home, a redo of the powder room. Make sure you attend one of their remodeling seminars, they are very informative.

The Tile Center did a great job. Farzin (Frank) worked around my schedule to come out and do an estimate. He met with me on a Saturday to choose the tile and finishes. He made excellent recommendations and found a solution when the tile I loved wasn't readily available and the shelves I wanted were somewhat non-traditional. Val did the tiling and did a superb job. I'm quite picky and haven't found any problems. He left my home as clean as he found it, and the paint touch-ups I had to do were extremely minimal. JJ did the plumbing and did great work. When the pressure wasn't coming out as I liked, he came right over to make an adjustment. Frank's work with me didn't end when the tiling was complete. He followed up to make sure I was satisfied and even brought me a special cleaner. I absolutely would work with the Tile Center again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The service provide by Tile Center was extremely professional and the results are great! My wife and and I are satisfied with the attention provided by the employees from the initial assessment, selection of tile, sale support and, most important, installation. After signing the contract, the store scheduled the work in a short period of time (2 days) and actual work start a week after our purchase. The team was extremely punctual and the results show their expertise and dedication to making a high-quality work (5 days). Tile Center is a little bit more expensive then other places, but it is certainly worth.

I am beyond pleased with the results of our new hardwood floors. Tile Center did a beautiful job with the insulation. The workers showed up exactly when they said they would, and were professional and courteous. Our salesperson, Frank, was so helpful. He went out of his way to find the exact material we needed. My husband and I had so many questions and even changed our minds on a few things after the project had started. Frank took so extra time with us making sure everything turned out perfect. We will definitely be contacting Tile Center for our next home project!

I had a great time working with the tile center. Joe, who was in charge of the bathrooms, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Although I chose most of the detailing in the bathrooms, Joe's input and suggestions on what would fit better truly helped the bathroom come together. His crew was very thorough, worked with great care, and were all very kind. If I had any questions or concerns, Joe would respond very fast and I felt like his number one priority. Overall I am very pleased with how my bathrooms turned out and will most likely return to the Tile Center for other projects.

Overall they did a pretty good job. I did have to ask them to fix a few tiles that were not cut straight. I also had to ask them to come back to clean grout from the tiles that was not cleaned well.

Tile center was great. Worked with Frank who steered us through all of the planning. Workers were professional and the work was done in a timely manner. End results were amazing.

The project went very well. We had a few hiccups along the way, as is to be expected with any renovation. The Tile Center team (Zia and Joe) were very responsive. Mr. Shim and Edgardo are also great. This is our second project with The Tile Center and we would certainly use them again.

Very positive experience at Tile Center with Zia as our sales manager and Thomas our installer. Couldn’t have been more professional, helpful, timely and accommodating. They were knowledgeable with their products, helpful with our tile selection, reasonably priced, timely, and Thomas did an AMAZING job installing the tiles and was careful to keep everything neat. The gentleman that we worked with was just extraordinary. He's a manager in the organization. We bought, through Angie's List, one of those $99 deals where they come in to do the measurements and come up with drawing, etc, that might be applicable. They did an excellent job. The price was not applicable. There was no price. It was no cost. The quality of the cabinets are just lovely. They're very, very, good cabinets. The manufacturer has a life-time warranty on the cabinets, and Tile Center is their local representative. They were really responsive when I told them the hinge was bad. I left him a voicemail message and emailed him, which is my habit, and he called me back the next day. He asked me to send him photographs of the cabinets so he knew which one it was and I did. He got back to me that day. He said it would take 10 - 12 days to get the hinges from the manufacturer. He got the hinges, he called and said he had them, and he was here within a day or two installing them. It took probably about a half an hour or so. I have a call into Mr. Ribini. We are seeking bathroom remodeling.
