"From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew (Jose & Juan) ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials (hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet). We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean (and very safety conscientious around our two small children) and didn't play any music whatsoever (unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music). Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards! Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all (including our kids) feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Amir gave us a very fair price that included removal, disposal and installation. We would highly recommend Renaissance Floor to anyone looking for a great buying experience, a highly professional installation experience, and beautiful and detail-oriented results! You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up.
