I was able to schedule Mike to come out and get an idea of the scope of work to be performed within a few days of making my initial call and he kept the appointment even though a t-storm was rolling in to Annapolis that evening. I received a propopsal in just a few days and after making a few minor modifications, the work started about 10 days later and was completed as scheduled..on time and at the agreed price. During the job, Mike and his crew kept things clean around my yard and removed all debris each day. Mike provided me with a high quality job at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Step It Up Construction to anyone and he will be the only company I will be calling when the need for future home repair and improvements are needed at my home. "I can not say how happy we are on the work that Diaz Painting did for us. Diaz came to our house, look at the work we needed & wanted done, came back with an professional quote and started the job the next day. We had a tight time schedule and he worked with us to get the job done on our schedule, pretty much unheard in my past contractors. He arrived at our house always on time and we fully trusted him in our home, since most of the time no one was home. He build out of black walnut flooring, 2 doors for us, including a sliding barn type. He finish all the work that we contracted, plus extra work to fix improper work done prior, on time for our holiday party. "Justin did an outstanding job on removing the old shower with great care and professionalize. He did an outstanding job on the build out of the new shower. He subcontracted the tile work out to a great tile craftsman but not the cleanest craftsman. They blow tile dust all over our basement but the tile job was good. However, once the dust all over the place was brought to Justin attention, he personally clean and paid for a cleaning service to clean our basement.

"Well. The work took longer than I expected but was also more complicated. The previous owners of the house had attached their very heavy microwave oven to the cabinets on either side without doing any reinforcing. So, when we had our new roof put on a little bit prior, apparently it knocked some things loose. The handyman had to first figure out what exactly happened and then was able to build things up so that the microwave and the cabinets were properly supported"
