"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. I received a call prior to that appointment telling me that a piece of their equipment was broken and asked if I would reschedule. They were very accommodating with rescheduling. I received a call 10 minutes prior to them arriving on time. When they arrived they explained the process, looked at each room in my house, and gave me the same price I was quoted over the phone.
