"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. "GAC services was able to come out for a same day trouble shooting appointment. Jim S arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. In addition, Jim was able to recommend some additional services that would help me achieve the desired evenness of temperature such as an additional return and humidifier for the home. Great experienced master certified technician!"

We contracted Edwin's HVAC to replace our 22 year old AC system, he provided a very prompt quotation, with two other company's in the bidding one never responded the other took a week, Work was carried out 3 days after awarding the works, Edwin arrived at the door on time and without delay proceeded to remove the existing system 7hrs later the new system was in, commissioned and handed over carried out in a very professional and excellent workmanship. Ah! I didn't mention price... Edwin's quote was 2/3's that of the competitor and didn't suggest or recommend additional un-necessary work(s) Would I hire Edwin's HVAC again - Yes without a doubt..."

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice.
