Patrick came out the same day I called him, even though it was a Saturday. He was attentive to the problem and all the details I provided, as well as thorough, efficient, and charged very fairly. I was sure my hvac needed replacement, but after a few quick measures and parts replacements, he got the job done in several hours and the house feels satisfyingly cool again! Highly recommend!

I recently faced a frustrating A/C issue and decided to call Ward Services, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! The owner himself arrived promptly, which immediately set a professional tone. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficiently diagnosed the problem. What truly impressed me was his swift and effective repair; my A/C unit is now running flawlessly, cooling my home perfectly. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but the pricing was also incredibly fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. This outstanding experience was a stark contrast to a previous encounter I had with a "big name company" (CM). My appointment with them was confirmed for between 12 PM and 5 PM, but by 5:30 PM, I had to call them myself because no one had shown up. When their technician finally arrived, he spent a mere five minutes looking at the system before declaring I needed a completely new unit and that a salesperson would call me with a quote.

We got a chimney liner, a new/replacement A/C, a new/replacement gas furnace, and new flue ducting. New sheet metal work was also built and installed to mate up all the pieces beautifully, and bring us up-to-code. Ward Services planned really well for our project; communication was easy and excellent. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service performed. I had a quick response to my request for the work and we were able to arrange for the work to be done in just a couple of days. Pat arrived at exactly the time he said he would. The motor was replaced and the furnace is running. He was good at explaining what he was doing and why. Highly recommended! Pat installed a whole house humidifier for us and we couldn’t be happier. Pat Ward has done two jobs for us...relocating our HVAC condenser and designing and installing a super cool custom overflow drain for our basement utility sink (so the sink won't flood out if the drain gets blocked when I'm doing laundry). He showed up when expected, he worked in a clean way, the results were clean and effective, and he was professional in every way. He also might be the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Thanks Pat!

Pat did an amazing job! He was incredibly professional, punctual, and offered fair pricing. I really appreciated how he prioritized my project, making time for me within just a few days—even in the middle of summer! Patrick showed up on time, inspected and performed maintenance on the system. He also advised on couple additional items that may be needed in the future (was not selling/upselling on extra services). He was quick, on-point and accurate. Will work with him again.
