They're people really know what they are doing - understand animal behaviors and how to eliminate the problems humanely, and protect from future intrusions. They did have a problem with scheduling (took morning off but office had scheduled the wrong day so wasted the time off of work) and confusions on invoicing (in our favor, not theirs)- - office operations seem to need some improvement.
