"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

"I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"

"Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. "I had the best experience with Hecomo Heating & Cooling. My house's AC/heating system stopped working all of the sudden and the temperatures at the time were 90 degrees and up. We contracted Edwin's HVAC to replace our 22 year old AC system, he provided a very prompt quotation, with two other company's in the bidding one never responded the other took a week, Work was carried out 3 days after awarding the works, Edwin arrived at the door on time and without delay proceeded to remove the existing system 7hrs later the new system was in, commissioned and handed over carried out in a very professional and excellent workmanship. Ah! I didn't mention price... Edwin's quote was 2/3's that of the competitor and didn't suggest or recommend additional un-necessary work(s) Would I hire Edwin's HVAC again - Yes without a doubt..."

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."
