The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. We contracted Edwin's HVAC to replace our 22 year old AC system, he provided a very prompt quotation, with two other company's in the bidding one never responded the other took a week, Work was carried out 3 days after awarding the works, Edwin arrived at the door on time and without delay proceeded to remove the existing system 7hrs later the new system was in, commissioned and handed over carried out in a very professional and excellent workmanship. Ah! I didn't mention price... Edwin's quote was 2/3's that of the competitor and didn't suggest or recommend additional un-necessary work(s) Would I hire Edwin's HVAC again - Yes without a doubt..."

Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... "We got a new unit from them, the system is really good but the office is bad. It is when you call them for the check up, it is a pain to make an appointment. They call and cancel and I have already taken the day off, or they just don't call or show up. They finally come out but that was after I called twice and talked to the office manager and them trying to cancel again. Even though I had a credit on my account I had to pay. Initially it was suppose to be preventative maintenance, but he refused to do both heating and AC and only did once, so another guy came out and did the other."
