"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"The job went reasonably well. They completed it in a day and a half. The guys on site had a little trouble installing the high tech thermostat for the system, but their supervisor demonstrated real accountability when he showed up on a Saturday to make it right."

"I had the best experience with Hecomo Heating & Cooling. My house's AC/heating system stopped working all of the sudden and the temperatures at the time were 90 degrees and up. I was desperate looking into many different companies. Many of them, came over to my house and did estimates at ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I found Hecomo. They came to my house, did an estimate and were ready to install my AC/heating unit very quickly and at a good price. Also, the customer service was great. They were there for me throughout the whole process. They explained to me everything that I needed to know about the system and the features. Everything is very modern and updated. I am very happy I found Hecomo."

"He was very accommodating considering the weather conditions and gave service with a smile."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"Sean was very prompt in responding to me request for service and did his absolute best to accommodate my schedule at my convenience. He was very flexible overall and helped get my AC repair ASAP after it was broken. This was especially helpful since it was getting warm outside! He was on time for all of our appointments and communicated what needed to be done/fixed clearly, so I wasn’t left with a huge bill that I wasn’t expecting. Expectations are very important and he seems to understand. I would highly recommend Sean and/or his team for any issues you might have for a cost effective and friendly solution. Thank you so much for your help Sean!"

"Moises came out the same day that I requested an estimate for the installation of a UV light whole house air purification system, and to chemically clean my AC coil. I had another estimate but Moises gave me a better deal. He also recommended getting a cover for my AC unit for the winter, when he opened it up it was full of leaves and debris. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend MSR."

"Very helpful. Explained condition of my heat pump and how it worked. Set up replacement consultation."

"Call out went very well. Lovely young man serviced the system who was informative and arrived promptly. We've used Cyprus Air previously to install a gas fire in the basement and they continue to give very very good service."

"Julius did an excellent job with the air duct &dryer vent cleaning. He explained the process & gave tips on how maintain the best air quality for my home. Easy to schedule the appointment. Highly recommend & will use them again!"
