They answered all of our questions and explained how the new system worked. We are very pleased. The new unit is so much more efficient and the house feels cooler. "The gutters were installed improperly. The guy who came out for the estimate was really great and was easy to work with but the people that actually came out and did the work didn't speak English and were difficult to communicate with. They damaged the roof. The removed a vent pipe leaving a hole in the roof which leaked after they left. Then they didn't take responsibility for it. They came out and fixed it and then wanted to charge me additional services after I just paid $12000 for the roof. It took them 2 weeks to refund me $3000 overcharge on a credit card. They were not great to deal with. I would not use them again. I suggest having a single point of contact and take responsibility for a project."

"All of the work was excellent, everyone was punctual and professional.  We had a certain budget, and Frank was able to work with it and not try to sell us upgrades that we did not want.  He offered great ideas and worked really hard to find us a beautiful entry door that met our budget.  The cabinet install went very smoothly, every effort was made to contain the mess and everything was cleaned up afterwards.  I will be calling AMD Home Remodeling again for any big projects we have in the future.  Highly recommend!!
