Maryland Windows and Doors, formally Eastern Shore Window and Door Baltimore is committed to Integrity, Quality and Kindness. Our approach is that we are here to serve you all of the info and care you need to make a decision good for your family. Your time is valuable. We don't push meetings into hours long, and we won't ever pressure you into choosing our company. There are never any hidden or surprise fees. Our professional installation team has been working with us for more than 30 years. Eastern Shore Window and Door is our sister company on the Shore. Its owner Joe DelGrosso (my father) has trained and mentored our team and has provided solid doors and quality windows to Maryland families for over 35 years. We changed the Baltimore office name to be more geographically relevant in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

I just had windows installed Tuesday by Maryland Windows Doors Roofs and had a great experience from start to finish. Keith (owner) is responsive, Thom (quotes and oversees the job) very nice and attentive and installers were wonderful. Highly recommen!

Customer Service. I am thrilled with the work that the installers Mark and Pat did with a particularly difficult bay window project. Totally impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. So my wife and I purchased and had an exterior door installed by Eastern Shore Window and Door. The pricing and installation was good. I did have an issue with getting service after the sale quickly. Since then Ross from Eastern Shore has contacted me on a few occasions to try and make things right. I have improved my rating to reflect the effort Eastern is making to rectify any problems.

The only company that understood what the job was. I said I wanted to replace an old bay window with the least expensive option. Everyone else tried to sell me another bay window for $5000 and up. Eastern Shore put in 3 regular windows for $1700...the least expensive option, exactly as requested.
