"Precision Remodeling partnered with a local a kitchen designer that updated our kitchen layout that was over 20 years old. The new layout provided a combined kitchen and Great Room that opens up the floor plan and living area. New cabinets, electrical, plumbing relocation, flooring, counter tops and appliances has made the kitchen and Great Room better than you will find in new homes and with better craftsmanship.
Dave and his crew and sub-contractor's are true professionals. Daily communication was excellent as there were decisions that needed to be made during the demo and remodeling project. The sub-contractors including electricians, drywall, plumbing and flooring did an outstanding job and coordinating the work was outstanding.
The project was complete in approximately 4 weeks and was on time and on budget. We would definitely contact Precision Remodeling in the future and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

"Calvin gave us a great us a great design. He offered us a broad range of materials and appliances. He made great suggestions. The installation was superb. Polo and his team did an outstanding job bringing drawing to life. Excellent workmanship. The plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and tile installation were performed well. They finished the project a week early. We are very happy with our new bathroom. A great job for a great price!"

"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"
