Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. Chris gave the quote and the crew arrived a week later as scheduled. Chris has a great work crew who were professional , caring, and did high quality work. Every step of the way, I was communicated and was filled in. I was shown before , during and after photos. They were diligent and stayed focused on the task. Before I knew it, they were reattaching the cleaned vent covers and removing the equipment.
