While I am happy with the work performed, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service afterwards. I was promised to get a copy of a paid invoice once my check that I paid was cleared by the bank. It's been nearly 3 weeks since then, but I still haven't received a copy of the invoice. I have texted and called numerous times but did not get a response. I'm starting to think that the worked they performed was not legitimate. I need the paid invoice to apply for the MD EV install credit.

I contacted Mr. Denny for a whole house generator that would not stay running and it had been down for a year or so. Once the weather cooperated he came to the property and did the repairs in a very timely manner. We were kept in the loop and the repairs needed were explained. We were happy with the work and communication with Mr. Denny and would recommend him and his company. We look forward to working with them for many years to keep our generator in tip top shape! Extremely helpful and professional. Arrived on time, took down a chandelier, installed a new chandelier and delivered the large chandelier to the electrical repair shop within 2.5 hours. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely call again when necessary.

This person did not come on time and seem to not know what he was doing, then he spent over an hour trying to get me to purchase solar panels and then charged me for the time. Dan did not quote a price and then charged me over $500 to install a 36 inch ceiling fan and a new thermostat including a fuse. These guys are rip-off people aand this is the first bad experience I have had with service majic, previously all the so-called screened people have been very resonable with their prices. Say NO to USA Electrical.

"This is our only negative review. I, Dennis Diller, showed up to install a ceiling fan. The homeowner was trying to install a thermostat he purchased from home depot when he couldn't get it to work he asked for my help. I found out he blew the control fuse in the air handler and was trying to install the wrong type of thermostat he needed a heat pump thermostat. I went to home depot and got the right thermostat. but went everywhere to find a fuse. He removed all the wires without marking them so I needed to get a schematic to wire it correctly."
