The only weakness in the experience was the communications with the front office could have been a little bit better as the initial list of materials we were provided with was wholly inadequate for the work that needed to be done. It would have been better to have an installer come a few days earlier and give a more comprehensive list of materials that needed to be bought. Overall, definitely a good experience"
