The work was a bit complicated as custom design elements had to be integrated with existing structure but the Kargmans team was professional and adapted well and did a great job. I am especially impressed with Marcos and his abilities. The only weakness in the experience was the communications with the front office could have been a little bit better as the initial list of materials we were provided with was wholly inadequate for the work that needed to be done. It would have been better to have an installer come a few days earlier and give a more comprehensive list of materials that needed to be bought. Overall, definitely a good experience"

"They used strong chemicals to remove all the mold and algae build-up from the siding. But did the entire job from the ground, didn't use any ladder. So, the extreme top parts of the house, fascia and definitely the gutters did not get that clean. When buying the deal it did not say that the entire job will be done from the ground. In fact the photograph showed the contractor on the roof power-washing the upper part of the siding. Not very impressed with the service."
