When the saw I was missing some components for the microwave installation, they took it upon themselves to go out and find the right components for me so I didn't need to worry about it. They came back promptly the next morning, and were able to install my microwave. and it looks GREAT!! They then helped me install a new light fixture while also repairing several other lights around the house. Many contractors can do this stuff. But what set Brian and B.C.G. Building Solutions apart was his wilingness to explain all the tools and techniques to me in ways I could understand. "I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!"
