Not the case at all.  The floors, all the stairs (with white risers) and the 2 landings are absolutely beautiful.  Add in the newly installed sconces and new light fixtures - amazing.
I also had several items on the honey do list and each item was checked off one by one.  Honestly, I could not be happier.  i am definitely one of those peeps who know what they like and Frank made it happen.  I  would gladly recommend AMS Home Remodeling to anyone who asks.  Hats off to Noe', Renzo and their crews. Everyone is top notch. If I could give a higher rating, I would.
