I contacted the trim coil manufacturer per Liberty Windows and Siding Inc warranty information/instructions and they were making me call one office after the other and eventually they did not stand behind their product and the warranty. Mike's initial visit was both brief and productive, and he was very conscious of social distancing, etc. with COVID-19 going on. Mike was quickly able to get me a quote and deal with a little back and forth with the insurance company getting things straight, as they ended up extending the repair to the entire house since the old siding was discontinued. Wow, the crew was awesome and highly detail-oriented, and also very personable guys to have around the house for a couple days. I was really blown away with the finished product!
