"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"Jesse and his crew came through with the best price, not to mention courteous, professional service and quality work. Our water main line was leaking and was getting worse. We could see water collecting on the driveway, water meter was spinning, and our water bill was going up by the hour. I asked if he could come sooner than our scheduled appointment which was 3 days away. He cleared his schedule and showed up the next day on a Saturday. They are the best at what they do. "I have used Roy for three items, the latest being a hot water heater replacement (mine had a super vent, hence the higher cost). I first used Roy for a subpump emergency a few years ago. He came out the same day, actually at night with little notice. He replaced the subpump quickly and professionally. "Doug of Jerry's Plumbing arrived at 7:45 for an 8-12 window. Extremely pleased with punctuality, we weren't prepared for him. We showed Doug the water damage/trail on the ceiling and shared our observations. Doug was patient and listened to our inexperienced diagnosis. He identified the best location to diagnose the problem in the most inconspicuous place. Once access panel was established to drain stack, Doug found the source of the leak. He replaced plastic p-flap with metal p-flap in a short amount of time. He then cleaned his work area. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and he even provided recommendations going forward.

"It was great! Mike, the tech, came out because my basement was flooding from the sump pump failing. He told me it was typical because it was over 20 years old. He replaced it on scene and gave me a free house inspection. He informed me that my water heater was close to failing as well. He offered to bundle the two jobs together to get me a better price. He even stuck around to let me check online to see if his prices were competitive. He also gave me a 10% discount. He got me on the schedule right then and there to get the water heater replaced. He showed up on time at 8 am, the next day, to swap it out. He protected my hardwood floor by putting down drop clothes and just really went above and beyond. He was wonderful and I can't thank him enough! I would recommend him to anyone that would ask me for plumbing services!"

"MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.
