Basically, he just picked up and left. After I contacted the salesperson and explained what happened, he came out, apologized, and explained the system operation and maintenance."

If a company won’t back their work with a simple letter, what does that say about their integrity—or lack thereof? Didn't expect this kind of run around from a well established professional firm, save yourself the frustration and inevitable regret.
