Matters Plumbing

The plumbing job went great. I am very pleased with the promptness and the skill of this plumber. A+++++ plumbing job!!!!

While his promptness to my initial call and the work he performed were both very good, he did not complete the job. I would have preferred that he had told me he couldn't repair the drywall than to continue telling me he was coming soon. That showed lack of professionalism, trustworthiness, and dependability.

I was extremely pleased with his service. He explained that our old faucet, the one that he replaced, was an inexpensive model, prone to breakage. (I assume this was used by the builder of the house to save money.) He replaced it with a new model, which not only works, but is very attractive in appearance. Before Mr. Matters came to my house, I had no running water in the kitchen. When he left, everything was fixed, with no mess left behind. I have saved his contact information, as I would definitely use him again.

I called Mr Matters at about 6:30PM and explained that we had water dripping from our kitchen ceiling, below our upstairs bathroom.  He arrived at the house within 1.5 hours and explained what he believed the issue to be and how much he believed it would cost to repair.   I agreed to the price (which was extremely reasonable) and he got to work. He repaired the leak, but it took much more work than anticipated because of the existing plumbing.   Though he worked for almost two hours, he did not ask for an increase in price and was very professional and courteous.  I would trust Mr. Matters to do any work in our home as he is very careful, explains what he is doing, and is honest and straightforward about what he is asking for labor and what he is paying for parts.   My family and I were so thankful that he 1) answered his phone after normal working hours 2) squeezed us into his schedule within minutes 3) arrived at our house and did a fantastic job.  Thanks Michael!   We will definitely use you for any plumbing work we have done in the future!

Mike was awesome.  Called him today and discussed the issue.  He came out a few hours later and fixed the problem by installing an expansion tank.  Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

He has also put in a couple faucets for us. I always feel that I can call him to have him come out, or he will troubleshoot with me over the phone.

Michael was courteous and conscientious. He put down a drop cloth to cover his work area under the kitchen sink and was very thoughtful about keeping a messy job clean. He worked diligently to clear the clog and was successful in doing so. We had a few other plumbing questions and Michael was willing to answer them and provide advice. We appreciated his help.

It was a good experience. He was friendly, on time, and was able to offer us a few options to do the job.

I was given his name I called him he came out for an estimate he looked at everything gave me a quote. He came within a day of my call. He was able to do the work in 3 days . He came back out and he worked until finished. He was clean,professional, polite, efficient,knowledgeable,he knew what he was doing, he surveyed the situation, he found the leak and fixed it. I was very pleased with the work.

The leak was found when a treasured portrait of my 2 oldest children (now adults) changed colors. My daughters arm became black and grey. I realized it was mold. We took it off the wall and my sons finger went through the wall and we could see from the living room into the laundry room through a small whole. It was a slow leak. Come to find out when the plumber came it was multiole slow leaks 1 drip at a time
