"Excellent service from responding for an estimate to job completion. Mr. Harmon and his crew removed nine (9) trees in a townhouse community. The trees were in various stages of falling with huge branches over the community parking areas, light posts and sidewalks. They came on time, cleaned up each area as they completed the work, and checked with me to see if there were any concerns during the process. The estimate was very good and it was what the final job cost. Everyone was professional and courteous, and I highly recommend!"

"They were responsive and adjusted to my availability. They got & posted permitted no-parking signs. They arrived right on time, reviewed the work plan with me, conducted & completed the work, cleaned everything up to include blowing my patio clear, and checked back in for my opinion of the work before leaving. They were professional and provided an excellent service. I will hire them back in three to four years when the tree will need to be retrimmed."

"Highly recommend Tri-County Tree Service. Quick to respond to request for free estimate. Work was performed when scheduled. All team members were courteous, professional and respectful of the property. They cleared the area of all tree debris. It was interesting to watch how the team carefully brought down this diseased mighty Oak. It is a relief to know that the danger of it falling is no longer a concern. Will definitely use again for all my tree removal needs."

"Danny stopped by and gave me a written estimate. Within a couple of weeks, I called him back to schedule the tree being removed. The day I called, the weather was bad, but he said they'd be over as soon as the weather broke. Although I had left my house number, he had called to tell me they'd be over that particular day and I realized it when I pulled into my driveway they had been there - only because the tree was missing. They were unable to remove the stump due to the location of the tree - next to both my house and a fence. Overall, I was happy with the service and they gave me a written estimate where other companies I had contacted did not.

"They were good. They did what they said they would do and they did it well. I had three estimates. One was a little bit lower but I just didn't like the people. I didn't feel good about them and so, I didn't choose them based on some reaction I had to them. He seemed to want to work because his original price for all of the stuff was $1200 then he came down $100. While he was here, he saw that we needed another tree stump ground out and removed. He said that if I wanted to pay him the original which was just $400 more, he would do that stump. That was a very good deal because taking that tree stump out was a big project. He was good on the price. They were good on responsiveness. For punctuality, I miscommunicated at my end but they were very patient with me and they never got annoyed with me. I apologized and they said it is alright. That happened not once but twice on my part."
