I had spoken to several contractors, Mr. Matthews took the time to explain the entire process of what was needed and why this option would be better than the prior. He was the ONLY contractor to show me his license and make me feel comfortable with all he explained and made sure I understood all that was needed. Wendell and his son did a great job in repairing my basement wall which has been leaking water whenever a storm came in. Wendell provided a lot of information while setting up the appointment and diagnosing the issue. He offered multiple ways of dealing with it, but provided his own professional input on the best way rather than sell me on the most expensive option. He gave upfront honest pricing as well. Quality of work was great and they were fast and efficient in getting the job done. I would recommend Tru Integrity to anyone going through a similar issue of water getting into their basements.

Wendell truly lives up to his Companies name. He can be trusted to get the job done right. I needed help quickly as our house was on the market and the record rainfall was taking a toll on our basement. Wendell had his team come in within the next few days after the initial consultation and waterproofed the basement walls. They did need to come back and secure a few leaks, but he took care of it immediately. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and would refer them to my family and friends. He also offers a 3 year warranty, which gives me peace of mind for any future needs.

They installed an entire weeping tile system with 2 sump pumps. Everything was done in a quick and clean matter. After the next rain there was a small leak in the basement and they came back the next day and fixed the issue.

Tru Integrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big name companies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I'm happy with the look and everything is so quiet now.

Something about having the boss be the one that showed up at my door. A small job, but I got on the schedule real fast, it was completed in a timely fashion, and Wendell did an excellent, high quality job. He left the place clean, explained everything before and after the job. Wendell cuts no corners. WELL DONE!!

Within hours of putting in the request we had a new pump installed. The technician also corrected other issues he noticed as he was replacing the pump. Quick and efficient. Couldn’t be happier.
