"They did an outstanding job on the landscaping. The yard looks completely transformed and the attention to detail really shows. Everything was done professionally, on time, and exactly how I wanted it. They worked hard, cleaned up afterward, and made the whole property look amazing. Highly recommend!"

"He was wonderful!! It was unbelievable how much he cleaned up our yard. It was covered in leaves, gum balls, sticks, etc etc. He worked tirelessly all day to clean it up and came back and finished the job due to rain. I will definitely hire him again to clean up our yard when needed. Please don?t hesitate to hire him. He is a very hard worker and takes pride in his work!! He is very friendly, personable and easy to work with. Thank you Fernando!!!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

Lead exposure poses significant health risks, including neurological, developmental, and behavioral disorders, especially critical in young children and fetuses.
