Charlie and Shawn were simply outstanding installing my back flow valve to meet code for a sprinkler system. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and simply reviewed the process to me. Jesee is excellent to work with, and kept me updated with schedule changes and what to expect. They are an outstanding team i would definitely recommend.

Installed a faucet (supplied by customer) that was exactly the same as the one replaced. Took about 40 minutes. Charged $325.00. Although the work performed was very good, I believe the charge was excessively high.

Jesse was very responsive to my request for a new interior shut-off valve for my leaky outdoor hose bib. His employee, Charlie, completed the work quickly, at a reasonable price, and I appreciate the excellent communication and customer service! JP Plumbing is my GO-TO Plumber from now on! They did an excellent job on an emergency call to unclog the septic tank access and then I scheduled them to replace the septic tank feed from the house to the tank. Again they did an excellent job replacing a 45 year old feed to the tank. Every thing was completed on schedule. This is an excellent pluming company to deal with in the Lusby area. They respond quickly and on time and are a very professional company with great plumbing skills.

We are new to the area and had a clogged drain so it was an emergency call....at 5pm and they put us on the schedule first thing next morning. Since they were so helpful with that, we called them to switch out three old toilets from the house we had bought..Jesse, the owner, was finishing the job in about three hours and all done with care, expertise and friendly service. This company will go far once the word gets out....simply one of the best already!!

The service was excellent. Jesse, the owner, was earlier than the scheduled time, very professional, left the work area clean, and used the back door instead of walking through the main part of the house. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Jesse came out the same day. The work was completed the next morning. Very efficient gentleman and answered all questions of concern. I will be calling Jesse for any future plumbing needs.

Jesse and his crew came through with the best price, not to mention courteous, professional service and quality work. Our water main line was leaking and was getting worse. We could see water collecting on the driveway, water meter was spinning, and our water bill was going up by the hour. I asked if he could come sooner than our scheduled appointment which was 3 days away. He cleared his schedule and showed up the next day on a Saturday. They are the best at what they do. So nice to have someone who actually cares and not trying to sell you a whole new water main system from $8,500 - $15,000. His service was a fraction of that... thank goodness! This kind of service does not exist anymore. You will not be disappointed! Keep up the great work Jesse and thanks for everything!
