When I requested a estimate, he contacted me that evening and stopped by in two days. He spent less than 20 min to measure windows sizes roughly. That was it! He sent me a quote next day and the price was really competitive. We communicated via emails for several questions and he answered them all quickly. He gave me enough time to make the final decision. Like I mentioned earlier, no pressure. Once I made the decision and signed contract, the actual contractor came by to measure everything accurately. After waiting several months (it took longer than I expected because of the pandemic), windows and sliding door finally arrived and set up the installation date. The installation contractor, Mr. Park’s team, is absolutely great. They were professional and their workmanship is beyond expectation. Several occasions, his team confronted some issues and they explained them clearly and found ways to get jobs done, In less than two days, 11 windows and 1 sliding door were finally installed. They all look beautiful and I am more than satisfied, I will absolutely hire them again for any future projects!"

"Egress Windows Fairfax installed an egress window in my basement and did a fantastic job. The window permits emergency evacuation from a room being converted into a bedroom. The reasonable cost of the egress window immediately raised the value of my home. To minimize damage to my yard and my neighbor’s yard the company manually dug the pit for the egress window to below the foundation line and beneath the foundation drainage pipe. I was very surprised to see a large sump pump pit installed below the foundation. The contractor explained that they do this as a service in the event of any future drainage issues it is quick and low cost to install a sump pump. Small stones filled the bottom of the pit. The contractor offered several options for pre-fabricated surrounds to line the pit. Every member of the crew of Egress Windows Fairfax knew their job and worked diligently. They only rested during their lunch time. At the end of the second day the job was completed and the soil was well graded around the new egress window. This is a company with long term employees who take pride in their work and who strive to satisfy their customer. I highly recommend the company."
