In 2018, we had new Provia external doors installed for our entryway and garage. After 8 years, the door sweeps were beginning to wear, and unfortunately, the original installer had retired his business. I was uncertain who exactly should handle the replacement in this case. As a long shot, I contacted Zen Windows who installed a Provia patio door for us in 2025. They sent out a technician who honored Provia’s warranty on our 2018 doors, replaced the sweeps, and realigned the doors as well. In a world of truly lackluster customer support, Zen Windows stands out as truly great. You will not find a better company."

"Egress Windows Fairfax installed an egress window in my basement and did a fantastic job. The window permits emergency evacuation from a room being converted into a bedroom. The reasonable cost of the egress window immediately raised the value of my home. To minimize damage to my yard and my neighbor’s yard the company manually dug the pit for the egress window to below the foundation line and beneath the foundation drainage pipe. I was very surprised to see a large sump pump pit installed below the foundation. The contractor explained that they do this as a service in the event of any future drainage issues it is quick and low cost to install a sump pump. Small stones filled the bottom of the pit. The contractor offered several options for pre-fabricated surrounds to line the pit. Every member of the crew of Egress Windows Fairfax knew their job and worked diligently. They only rested during their lunch time. At the end of the second day the job was completed and the soil was well graded around the new egress window. This is a company with long term employees who take pride in their work and who strive to satisfy their customer. I highly recommend the company."
