Omar (who is wonderful) & 1 co-worker called ahead to provide their ETA, arrived exactly when advised, & set about trying to remove the large chair from our upstairs bedroom. I say try because it was too wide for the door to remove without damaging the paint. After trying a myriad of positions to bring it through the door without damaging the paint, it was clear that the chair "wouldn't cooperate."
