"Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price, and more importantly, built a huge amount of trust with the customer. Communication: Scheduling the initial estimate was easy, but the back-and-forth communication required to finalize the many detailed options was a bit slow; however, the owner Scott Halle interceded and timely communication continued throughout the rest of the process. Scoping Work: This is where Zen Windows really excels, primarily because of the vast knowledge of James Bond. We wanted to replace the single door with side transoms with something that would maximize the opening space. James expertly walked us through the options with cost and wall modification comparisons. In addition, the header above the current door was swelling and pinning the door, and James evaluated the issue, likely water seeping down from an unflashed deck, and provided peace of mind his guys could fix it on site during installation. Quality of Work: Frankly, 75-80% of contractors fail here for three primary reasons: a horrible handoff from the product specialist to the onsite project foreman, project foreman and workers making assumptions about details vice asking the customer, and lack of quality detailed work. The foreman excelled in these areas ensuring we were on the same page for various details such as casing, caulking, and external trim. In addition, he completely replaced the rotted wood structure above and along the sides of the door and added customer-provided insulation where there were gaps. To keep the project on track, they brought in another expert worker and management arrived to ensure the quality of work was high. The end product was beautiful. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies. Zen Windows’ expertise, willingness to explain the details of the project, timely communication, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project."

"Kenny and team were amazing to work with - professional, polite, honest, and finished the project ahead of schedule and at a very fair price. We had two old single pane windows replaced in our basement (which may have been 50+ years old), and a new window well installed. The work was very well done. I have since recommended Clifton to multiple friends and other contractors. Five stars."

"I cannot say enough good things about FCB. Max bends over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I’ve never had a more responsive and conscientious contractor. We had FCB replace all of our windows in 2022. We were so impressed by the quality work and price that we called them again to replace our storm door, front door, sidelights and shutters. Great experience. Highly recommend!"

"I was very happy with response from Eddis. He gave me a quote upfront and followed it up with an invoice via email. I paid him half at the beginning and another half when he came back to install the window. He was very professional and respectful of my house. I will definitely use A.R. Glass again if I have window repair needs."

"Outstanding service. Came same day to replace my windows. Did a very clean and thorough job. Most other companies refused to even offer the service of replacing glass in windows let alone charge a reasonable fee. I'm so glad that I found Glass and Window Solutions. Their team is clearly highly skilled. They made removal and replacement of the window glass look easy even though another contractor had failed miserably to accomplish this task without damaging my vinyl window frames!"

"I forgot the guy’s name that came to look at the job. He was nice and quick to estimate and explain and not into ‘selling’ services like 2 other companies did. Ordered the slider I wanted and installed it when it came in . I had decided to use a company that specializes in door and window installation instead of the previously used 2 big box garden/supply chains in the area. Very happy with the quality of the slider and the professional installation!"

"I needed my front door knob replaced they contacted me immediately after I posted on Angi, they came within 2 hours even stopped at Home Depot to purchase door knob for me their services were very economical compares to others,, VERY PLEASED highly recommend."

"Brian and his crew at Unicorn are outstanding. They have redone my roof, doors, and windows. They are prompt, reliable, and want to make sure their customers are happy."

"First off my apologies for the delay in sending this review. I had a home project that I needed to have done. So I went to Home Advisor/Angies List for assistance. I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. The service that he performed for me was way above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend NOVA Renew Construction LLC to anyone needing these services. Thank You Nova Renew Construction and Thank you Angie/Home Advisor for the service you provided"

"The Premier Windows and Glass has provided an excellent service for me! A frame of one of the windows in my condo was broken, and I looked for a company that would fix it and prolong the life of the window. So, I was very happy to discover The Premier Windows and Glass. Their technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he do a quality job on fixing the frame, but he also explained to me what needs to be done to prevent the window from breaking down again and avoid paying a lot of money for its replacement. In addition, the manager and technician responded to my service request in a prompt manner. The problem was solved on the day when I called the company. Last but not least, the company offers competitive service rates and does not push people to spend more money than is absolutely necessary. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a window to be fixed or replaced."
