I was pleased with the work and the folks who did it. However, on the phone during the arrangements, I was told the charge would be $10 per window, which included inside and out, sills and screens. All that was done. However, I was not informed that there was a minimum charge of $250 because they had to travel so far. It was not unreasonable, but I would like to have known prior to the day they arrived. I asked when we spoke on the phone if they came from close by, and he said "yes". But when he got here, he said they came all the way from Gaithersburg. I was also a little surprised that casement windows count as two, and I have several of them.
